Terms

Payment Terms: We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, or cashier's checks. We also accept checks and money orders.

Warranty: 1 year or 1000 hours. Parts only. Repair labor costs are a customer responsibility. If you have a problem with an item, please let us know and we will send out parts necessary to repair the item. If a warranty is provided by a manufacturer, that warranty takes precedence, and must be envoke directly with the manufacturer.  

Return Policy:  Your satisfaction is our number one goal! If you wish to return an item, it must be returned to our warehouse in unused sellable condition within 15 days of receipt. All sales are final after 15 days. If you plan to send your item back within 15 days, you must call or email us to obtain an RMA number. Items received without an RMA number will not be accepted. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise. Shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping charges are not refundable.
