Payment Terms: We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, or cashier's checks. We also accept checks and money orders.

Limited Warranty: All warranties are provided by the original equipment manufacturer. Warranties vary from 3 months to 1 year, depending on the product. Check you product documentation for details. The manufacturer’s limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only. This warranty covers Parts Only, as needed to repair an assembly, and covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Complete assemblies can not be replaced under this warranty. The use of unapproved fuels, or failure to follow the manufacturer's recommend maintenance schedules will void this warranty. Repair labor costs are a customer responsibility. If you have a problem with an item, please let us know and we will help you obtain replacement parts from the manufacturer to repair the item. However, final warranty responsibility rests with the manufacturer.

Return Policy:  Your satisfaction is our number one goal! If you wish to return an item, it must be returned to our warehouse in unused sellable condition within 15 days of receipt. All sales are final after 15 days. If you plan to send your item back within 15 days, you must call or email us to obtain an RMA number. Items received without an RMA number will not be accepted. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise. Shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping charges are not refundable.
