Order Tracking

Most of our items are shipped via motor freight due to their size and weight. We use different trucking companies based on which company provides the best rates to your area.

Most trucking companies provide tracking capability. After your item is shipped, we will email you the Bill of Laden. This document contains a phone number for the trucking company responsible for your shipment, as well as the tracking numbers. Just call the trucking company and provide the Bill of Laden number and PRO number listed on your documents. They will be able to provide tracking info. Some companies also allow you to track your items on-line. You will need to call the trucking company for information on this type of service.
